The customer connects their own profile
A customer signs in with Google, chooses a profile they own or are authorized to manage, and can disconnect it at any time. ClawSignal does not use shared logins or fake profiles.
API access pending
Google Business Profile, controlled by the customer
ClawSignal prepares profile posts and review replies, but the business owner decides what reaches Google. The integration remains unavailable until Google approves our API project and our release checks pass.
Every public write needs exact approval
Posts and review replies are drafts first. The customer receives a notification and approves the exact text, destination, and action. Editing the payload invalidates that approval and sends it back for review.
Google content is refreshed or removed
Cached Google review and performance content is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days. Disconnecting removes stored access tokens and stops all future sync and publishing.
Changes are visible
Connections, approvals, publishing results, failures, and account changes are recorded in the customer portal. Material account changes are communicated within 48 hours.

Draft: suggested posts and review replies inside the customer portal.
Write: only the exact post or reply the customer approved.
Never: shared-account access, fake listings, silent profile edits, or automated public replies.
Policy questions
Is the integration available now?
No. Google Business Profile OAuth, reads, publishing, and review replies remain disabled while Google API access is pending.
Can ClawSignal publish without the business owner approving it?
No. Each Google post and each review reply requires action-specific approval for the exact payload. A changed draft needs a new approval.
Does ClawSignal create test or duplicate Business Profiles?
No. Production uses only real profiles that the customer owns or is authorized to manage. Internal fixtures cannot connect to Google.
What happens when a customer disconnects?
ClawSignal revokes access where supported, deletes the stored connection credentials, stops sync and publishing, and preserves only the audit records required to show what happened.
