Bello Block LLC ("we", "our") operating ClawSignal collects the following information:

• Account data: Email address and name provided at registration
• Client data: Business names, website URLs, contact information, keyword rankings, and SEO metrics you enter into the platform
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration for improving the Service
• Third-party data: Google Search Console rankings, PageSpeed Insights scores, and AI visibility data fetched on your behalf

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the ClawSignal service
• To generate SEO reports, audits, and analytics
• To send alerts, notifications, and digest emails you configure
• To improve the Service and develop new features
• To communicate important updates about the Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (PostgreSQL)
• Vercel: Application hosting and serverless functions
• Stripe: Payment processing (if billing is enabled)
• Google APIs: Search Console and PageSpeed data, only with your authorization

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted database connections (TLS/SSL), row-level security policies in our database, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and HTTPS for all data in transit. API tokens are stored securely as environment variables and never exposed to client-side code.

5. CCPA Compliance (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell data)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

6. Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@belloblock.co. Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request. Client portal access tokens are invalidated immediately upon account deletion.

ClawSignal uses essential cookies only for authentication session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Historical keyword rankings, audit data, and reports are retained to provide trend analysis. After account deletion, all data is purged within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
